About the role
Responsibilities
- Turn Markets requirements into product specs, priorities and a delivery plan across API, GUI and voice/chat
- Run delivery with internal engineering and external vendors, liquidity providers and banking partners
- Own the product side of the trade lifecycle from quote and execution through settlement and ledger
- Act as technical product owner for LP and bank integrations through go-live
- Work with Compliance and Legal to build requirements into product controls and onboarding flows
- Maintain one current roadmap and delivery status for Markets and leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management or technical delivery in trading, FX, payments or digital assets
- Hands-on comfort with REST, WebSocket, event-driven systems and settlement flows
- Track record managing third-party vendors and integrations to deadline
- Clear written specs and cross-functional alignment
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of OTC execution models (RFQ, RFS, riskless principal)
- Experience with stablecoin settlement and KYC/AML for institutional clients
