Senior Product Manager

PeopleGrove builds SAAS that helps higher education institutions support students and graduates at every stage of their journey — from experiential learning to career outcomes. Our Engagement Hub connects students, alumni, and staff through mentorship, community, and career networks.

Responsibilities

• Own the admin experience roadmap for the Engagement Hub from discovery through delivery
• Resolve persistent platform admin pain-points and build agents to automate workflows
• Run the client-request intake process end to end, including triage and prioritization
• Partner closely with Customer Success and Support to turn recurring asks into product decisions
• Serve as a key voice in go-to-market readiness, working with CS and marketing on positioning and release communications
• Collaborate with the VP of Product on annual and quarterly planning

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• At least 2 years owning a complex B2B SaaS product
• Demonstrated experience owning admin, back-office, or operator-facing tooling
• Experience running structured intake and prioritization processes for client requests
• Hands-on curiosity about applied AI and LLM-powered features
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Mixpanel, or similar product ops tooling
• Comfort working in a distributed, async-first environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with higher education, alumni relations, or mentorship platforms
• Experience designing human-in-the-loop or approval-gated automation
• Prior experience at a growth-stage edtech or vertical SaaS company
