Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap by prioritizing ruthlessly and writing clear specs
• De-risk builds by breaking work into meaningful increments
• Write detailed requirements that align design, engineering, and go-to-market teams
• Engage directly with users to gather feedback, usage data, and partner insights
• Establish product rituals, artifacts, and communication patterns for a growing team
• Collaborate with Learning and Partnerships teams to translate field feedback into priorities
• Pressure-test strategic assumptions against product data and user feedback

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience
• Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments building processes
• Experience leading product development for AI-powered or technically complex products
• Ability to work fluently with ML and engineering teams
• Strong ability to thrive in ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete information
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in edtech or familiarity with K-12/higher ed environments
• Background working on platforms or tools where users build content
• Experience with responsible AI, content moderation, or trust & safety
• Deep familiarity with the AI/LLM product landscape
