About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy for how customers find and choose products on the Minted platform
- Guide the development of search and browse experiences using structured, machine-readable product data
- Oversee discovery surfaces including search, browse, category, and product detail pages
- Lead initiatives crossing team and functional boundaries, from structural builds to conversion rate optimization
- Set strategy and objectives for the team and mentor other Product Managers
- Collaborate with product data, customization, checkout, marketing, and SEO/AEO teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management within a digitally native or e-commerce environment
- Ability to develop and execute a long-term product roadmap
- Experience managing complex dependencies across multiple functional areas
- Strong product craft and leadership skills
