Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the squad's product strategy, connecting business vision, data, and technical feasibility
• Conduct discoveries to identify new opportunities and validate hypotheses
• Create, prioritize, and refine epics and stories alongside the Tech Lead
• Manage the product backlog to ensure visibility, clarity, and coherent prioritization
• Make product decisions in scenarios with multiple simultaneous features in development, testing, and pilot stages
• Define and monitor success indicators using data-driven decision-making
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment between product, technology, and business teams
• Provide structured visibility of deliveries, risks, and results to leadership

Requirements

• Solid experience in product management, preferably with products involving multiple simultaneous features
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum) and roadmap management
• Ability to make decisions in high-pressure environments with incomplete information
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical capacity and data-driven decision-making
• Autonomy to manage multiple stakeholders and lead squad routines with minimal supervision

• Experience with technically complex products
• Experience with growth strategies
• Experience using generative AI tools for discovery, documentation, data analysis, and prioritization
