Senior Product Manager, Trading

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and roadmap for trading APIs or new product initiatives
• Conduct customer research and analyze metrics to identify pain points
• Analyze onchain and internal data to spot performance gaps and competitive opportunities
• Partner with engineering leads to reason through technical tradeoffs and execution
• Collaborate with GTM teams on positioning and adoption
• Work directly with the CEO and leadership to shape product direction

Requirements

• 6+ years in product management, or equivalent experience as a founder, GM, or trader
• Proven track record of shipping B2B, API, or infra products with real adoption
• Data-driven approach using tools like Dune, Grafana, or Metabase
• Technical fluency in routing, execution quality, and latency
• DeFi-native knowledge of onchain trading, perps, and dex aggregation
• Expert use of AI agents and automation to multiply output

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience founding a company or being an early builder at a tech startup
• Computer Science background or former engineer
• Strong experience in EVM and/or Solana ecosystems
• Experience mentoring other Product Managers
• Deep understanding of financial markets
