About the role
Responsibilities
- Own strategy and roadmap for trading APIs or new product initiatives
- Conduct customer research and analyze metrics to identify pain points
- Analyze onchain and internal data to spot performance gaps and competitive opportunities
- Partner with engineering leads to reason through technical tradeoffs and execution
- Collaborate with GTM teams on positioning and adoption
- Work directly with the CEO and leadership to shape product direction
Requirements
- 6+ years in product management, or equivalent experience as a founder, GM, or trader
- Proven track record of shipping B2B, API, or infra products with real adoption
- Data-driven approach using tools like Dune, Grafana, or Metabase
- Technical fluency in routing, execution quality, and latency
- DeFi-native knowledge of onchain trading, perps, and dex aggregation
- Expert use of AI agents and automation to multiply output
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience founding a company or being an early builder at a tech startup
- Computer Science background or former engineer
- Strong experience in EVM and/or Solana ecosystems
- Experience mentoring other Product Managers
- Deep understanding of financial markets
