About the role
Responsibilities
- Obtain and analyze voice of the customer feedback from KOLs and market research to guide product strategy
- Define product concepts and author User Needs, Stakeholder requirements, and Product Marketing Requirements
- Lead cross-functional project teams through all phases of product development from ideation to launch
- Create business cases and market opportunity analyses to support new product proposals
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies, including training and market segmentation
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales, and Clinical teams
- Travel regularly to assess customer and field opinions on current products
Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- Minimum of 7 years of successful product management or related experience
- Experience defining data and connectivity solutions
- Experience with products interfacing to Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as EPIC
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree
- 10+ years of product management experience
- Experience in the medical device or critical care device industry
