Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy for Recommendation Systems for health and wellness solutions.
• Manage the engine that determines guidance, coaching, and content delivery for users.
• Own the end-to-end roadmap for ranking, personalization, and the recommendation surface.
• Define product strategy, prioritize opportunities, and design experiments.
• Partner with Applied Behavioral Science on decision logic and Decision Science on causal inference.
• Collaborate with AI/ML Engineering on ranking, personalization, and system architecture.
• Align Engineering, ML, Design, Behavioral Science, and Content teams around shared goals.

Requirements

• Strong technical fluency in ML and recommendation systems.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
• Experience translating technical and behavioral complexity into clear product roadmaps.
• Proven track record of shipping outcomes that drive engagement and retention.
