Senior Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own GTM strategy and execution for assigned products or services
• Plan and deliver product launches end to end, including post-launch optimisation
• Ensure launches drive measurable adoption and engagement
• Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for your product area
• Translate features into customer value and compelling propositions
• Create marketing content, enablement, and assets that support launches
• Build a deep understanding of target customers and their needs
• Monitor competitors and market trends to inform positioning
• Partner with Growth and Product to drive adoption and lifecycle engagement
• Design and run campaigns that accelerate uptake of features and services
• Track performance and iterate to improve results
• Coordinate launch readiness across stakeholders to ensure consistent execution

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in product marketing within consumer technology, fintech, or digital platforms
• Proven track record executing go-to-market strategy and product launches
• Strong skills in positioning, messaging, and marketing content creation
• Solid grounding in customer insight and competitive analysis
• Data-driven approach to adoption and marketing effectiveness
• Exposure to fintech or digital services is an advantage
