About the role
Responsibilities
- Own Healthcare B2B product marketing priorities, positioning, messaging and go-to-market plans
- Build value propositions, buyer personas, segmentation and customer journeys
- Lead customer and competitive research and turn insights into recommendations
- Partner with Product Managers on product planning and roadmap discussions
- Lead product launches from planning through market readiness
- Equip Sales and go-to-market teams with resources and consistent messaging
- Define and track launch performance, adoption and business impact metrics
Requirements
- 6+ years hands-on B2B or enterprise software product marketing experience
- Ownership of go-to-market strategy, launches, positioning and messaging
- Track record bringing complex products or portfolios to market
- Experience working with Product, Sales and Marketing without direct authority
- Strong customer and competitive research skills
- Clear communication and data-informed decision making
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with clinical healthcare audiences or solutions
- Experience in continuing education, workforce development or multi-brand portfolio businesses
