Senior Professional Services Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Cortex Onboarding & Implementation packages via structured enablement workshops
• Serve as the main technical point of contact during implementation to troubleshoot issues and investigate bugs
• Act as a trusted, consultative advisor for design and implementation decisions
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot Cortex features and integrations across the engineering toolchain
• Advise on and implement data modeling strategies and create architecture diagrams
• Guide customers on data ingestion automation, ownership, and orchestration approaches
• Create customer-facing learning guides, walkthroughs, and best-practice documentation
• Plan and facilitate enablement workshops for engineering, platform, product, and leadership audiences

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles (Professional Services, Solutions Architecture, or Platform Engineering)
• Hands-on experience integrating SaaS tools via APIs, webhooks, and ingestion pipelines
• Familiarity with modern engineering ecosystems (CI/CD, GitHub/GitLab, cloud providers, observability)
• Proficiency working with JSON and YAML

• Experience with Python
• Experience with SQL
• Scripting experience
