About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and run the operating system for high-volume hiring areas, including Clinical, Behavioral Health, and Member Care
- Create a consistent operating cadence across high-volume pods
- Improve funnel performance and manage agency and vendor effectiveness
- Expand the use of automation and AI-enabled workflows
- Translate hiring goals into capacity plans and identify risks early to drive corrective action
- Diagnose problems, recommend solutions, and hold cross-functional partners accountable for measurable outcomes
