About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple Salesforce transformation programs ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines
- Establish program governance including executive reporting and risk management
- Own program financial performance including revenue realization and margin protection
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders to align programs with business goals
- Lead, mentor, and develop Salesforce Project Managers and delivery teams
- Ensure delivery teams follow Agile best practices and quality assurance standards
Requirements
- 8+ years of Salesforce consulting delivery experience in a System Integrator or consulting environment
- Proven experience leading multi-project Salesforce programs (Sales, Service, Marketing, or Experience Cloud)
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery models and enterprise program governance
- Demonstrated experience managing program financials, forecasts, and commercial outcomes
- Experience working directly with senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
- Program management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe)
