Senior Project Lead - Digital Transformation

Responsibilities

• Define the problem statement, requirements and solution direction for digital transformation initiatives
• Lead diagnostics, process and journey design, and convert high-level designs into tangible requirements
• Manage 1-2 project leads or 3-4 concurrent digital transformation initiatives
• Own on-ground delivery from solution development to implementation and benefit realization
• Facilitate sign-offs from business and control stakeholders (Risk, Security, Compliance, Legal)
• Track impact on key business metrics such as sales, profitability, customer experience and cost efficiency

Requirements

• 5+ years in top-tier management consulting, or 8-10 years in digital transformation or business projects in a large organization, or 10-15 years on the business side in financial services
• Demonstrated leadership of at least 5 large-scale, high-impact programs
• Strong problem structuring, hypothesis generation, data analysis and synthesis skills
• 3-4 years preparing presentations for VP/SVP-level stakeholders
• Functional understanding of GenAI, RPA, machine learning, big data analytics, chatbots and NLP/NLG
• Experience independently leading at least 3 large-scale programs and 5+ projects in a supporting capacity
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Engineering or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant banking or professional certification
• Ongoing development in banking regulation, risk management and digital ways of working
