About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project management for assigned feature and product launches
- Maintain the launch board as the single source of truth
- Establish and run efficient, action-oriented launch cadences
- Design and run internal and customer-facing change management
- Proactively identify blocked or at-risk work and coordinate solutions
- Define success metrics and monitor post-launch performance
- Build feedback loops to turn launch data into action
- Continuously improve the launch operating system
Requirements
- 5+ years of project or program management experience in a SaaS or technology GTM environment
- Demonstrated ownership of change management for internal teams and external customers
- Strong analytical orientation with ability to define and define success metrics
- Proven track record of proactive communication and risk management
- Strong facilitation and operating-rhythm skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL, Excel/Sheets, and BI or product analytics tools
- Experience using AI/LLM tools for workflow automation
- Cannabis or regulated industry experience
- Background working in or alongside a Revenue Operations function
