About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead projects through the full delivery lifecycle using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and release objectives
- Partner with customers and stakeholders to align priorities, manage scope, and address evolving needs
- Identify, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Maintain project documentation including schedules, RAID logs, status reports, and decision logs
- Lead cross-functional teams and build strong customer and sponsor relationships
- Manage multiple projects or workstreams while coordinating resources and dependencies
- Monitor project financials, resource utilization, and delivery performance
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of client-facing project management on enterprise technology projects
- Experience leading projects using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches
- Consulting experience aligning execution to business objectives
- Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Azure, AI, infrastructure, data or cloud
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, risks and customer expectations
- Strong facilitation, communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead distributed teams in remote and hybrid environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet or similar tools
- Experience managing Agile backlogs, sprint planning and delivery tracking
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing Microsoft cloud implementation, modernization or migration projects
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, CSPO, SAFe or Prosci
- Experience in a consulting, professional services or technology services organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects and customer engagements simultaneously
