About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and manage high-value client relationships across Dubai's real estate market
- Represent the Driven brand and mentor less experienced consultants
- Generate business independently and achieve sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the UAE real estate market
- Strong negotiation, closing abilities, and a client-focused approach
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai secondary market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms
- Fluency in English
- Valid UAE driver's license and access to a vehicle preferred
