About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive business growth through established network and client relationships
- Manage high-value client relationships across Dubai's real estate market
- Represent the Driven brand and mentor less experienced consultants
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the UAE real estate market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai's secondary property market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems and social media
- Fluent English required
Preferred Qualifications
- Real estate certification or industry qualifications
- Additional languages, including Arabic
- Valid UAE driver's license and access to a vehicle
