Senior Provider Network Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the health of the Center of Excellence (CoE) network, tracking key performance and quality metrics
• Design and produce recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards using Databricks, Python, and SQL
• Conduct access and network adequacy analysis to evaluate coverage, gaps, and utilization
• Own the end-to-end reporting process including data collection, validation, visualization, and distribution
• Partner cross-functionally with account management, clinical, and data teams
• Identify trends, risks, and performance issues in the network and proactively flag them to stakeholders
• Support client-facing meetings and business reviews with visual summaries of network performance
• Build and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for reporting cycles

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or network/operations analytics
• Expertise in network adequacy or coverage analysis within healthcare or health plans
• Strong data visualization skills with experience in Power BI, Databricks BI, or Tableau
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and validating data
• Experience with Databricks and advanced Google Sheets
• Ability to own end-to-end reporting workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to data accuracy
• Proficiency in creating executive-ready presentations in PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience serving as a subject matter expert or mentoring junior analysts
