Senior QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform black box, white box, integration, and performance testing for Web and Android/iOS platforms
• Track, record, and analyze product issues using various tools
• Write test plans, test cases, and output test reports
• Create automated Web, Mobile, and API test cases
• Develop automated tests and test frameworks
• Improve Continuous Integration pipelines and automate software engineering processes
• Review designs and code to provide constructive feedback
• Mentor less experienced team members
• Identify and execute opportunities to improve quality processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of testing experience
• Solid understanding of unit, integration, end-to-end, regression, stress/performance, and API testing
• Experience with Web, Android, iOS, and API manual testing
• Proficiency with web debugging and API testing tools like Chrome DevTools and Postman
• Working knowledge of relational databases, preferably MySQL
• Strong experience with Python
• Experience with automation testing for REST APIs
• Experience in mobile app automation (Android and iOS)
• Experience in web app automation (Selenium or Playwright)
• Experience developing and running a Continuous Integration system

Preferred Qualifications

• Docker and Kubernetes experience
• Familiarity with Jira and Jenkins
• Working knowledge of NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Electrical Engineering
