Senior QA Engineer (Web)

Responsibilities

• Drive quality assurance of business features from technical hand-off to production release
• Review specifications, prepare test plans, and create comprehensive test cases and checklists
• Conduct functional, exploratory, regression, UI/UX, cross-browser, and E2E API testing
• Write and maintain automated tests using Playwright, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Collaborate with Product, Front-End, Back-End engineers, and Architects
• Support web production releases by validating builds and monitoring live errors
• Track and improve key QA metrics, including escaped defect rate and test coverage

Requirements

• Solid grounding in QA methodology and test design
• Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, REST, DOM, cookies, cache, and local storage
• Experience with cross-browser and responsive testing (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge)
• Proficiency with DevTools and debugging proxies (Proxyman, Charles, Fiddler)
• API testing experience with Postman, REST, and GraphQL
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Proficiency with Jira, Allure TestOps, and Git
• Fluent Russian and good English
