Senior React Native Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance React Native applications
• Deliver scalable, maintainable TypeScript code
• Improve application architecture, performance, and reliability
• Own React Native version upgrades and dependency management
• Build and debug native iOS modules using Swift and Kotlin
• Integrate native platform APIs into React Native applications
• Own automated testing across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Build reliable CI/CD pipelines
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices

Requirements

• 6+ years building production React Native applications
• Experience supporting large-scale, consumer-facing mobile apps
• Expert knowledge of React Native architecture and performance optimization
• Strong TypeScript experience
• Strong Swift experience with the ability to build and debug native modules
• Kotlin or Android native development experience
• Experience with state management (Redux, React Query, Zustand, or Context)
• Experience designing and maintaining automated test suites (Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox)
• Experience working with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs, and Postman

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building custom native bridges
• Experience publishing and supporting apps through the Apple App Store and Google Play
• Experience supporting applications with millions of users
• Experience with monitoring and crash reporting tools (Firebase Crashlytics or Sentry)
