Senior Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and sourcing to offer development and closing
• Lead searches for field technicians, skilled trades, engineers, outside sales, and leadership roles
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-volume and geographically dispersed positions
• Proactively engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks
• Partner with senior leaders to define candidate profiles and establish recruiting plans
• Provide labor-market insights regarding talent availability and competitive compensation
• Maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system and track recruiting metrics
• Coach and support less-experienced recruiters

Requirements

• 5 or more years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven ability to manage both high-volume and complex, difficult-to-fill searches
• Direct experience recruiting sales professionals
• Strong passive-candidate sourcing and talent-mapping capabilities
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and various ATS platforms
• Working knowledge of employment laws and compliant selection practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Recruiting experience in industrial services, manufacturing, engineering, or construction
• Experience supporting a nationwide or geographically dispersed workforce
• Experience partnering with RPO providers and external agencies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
