About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with GTM leaders to align on headcount roadmaps and execute hiring plans
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM requisitions
- Proactively source passive revenue talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and network outreach
- Use market trends and pipeline analytics to streamline time-to-hire
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience highlighting Newsela's mission and remote culture
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience for an EdTech or SaaS company
- Proven track record of hiring for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps
- Strong understanding of GTM functions and success metrics
- Expert level project management skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with global hiring in Latin America and the Philippines
