About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead hiring efforts for strategic business and technical roles
- Partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to shape and scale critical functions
- Advise on org design and headcount planning
- Shape role scoping before a search begins
- Provide market intelligence to inform hiring strategy
- Drive day-to-day recruiting operations and execution
- Build and manage pipelines and keep candidates engaged
- Maintain momentum across interview processes
