About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of recruiting programs and operational improvements
- Focus on internal mobility, talent brand, and process improvement
- Manage contingent workforce programs
- Support change management for major recruiting initiatives, including the ATS transition
- Connect business goals to execution and drive measurable outcomes across multiple teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to Talent Acquisition management and other partners

- Experience leading recruiting programs
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems
- Change management experience
- Ability to influence without authority
