Senior Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from hiring request approvals to onboarding
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies for government roles
• Draft and publish job advertisements through approved channels and government platforms
• Screen CVs, conduct assessments, and shortlist candidates based on competency frameworks
• Conduct structured interviews and prepare evaluation reports
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
• Prepare and issue job offers and employment contracts
• Utilize the Bayanati HR system for recruitment and data management
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and Emiratization policies
• Handle employee relations, inquiries, grievances, and policy clarifications
• Maintain accurate employee personnel files and documentation
• Prepare periodic HR and recruitment reports for management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition
• Experience working within UAE government entities or public sector organizations preferred
• Hands-on experience using Bayanati HR system or similar government platforms
• Strong knowledge of government recruitment procedures and Emiratization requirements
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interviewing skills
• Fluency in Arabic
