Senior Regional Sales Manager - Inflight Entertainment/Avionics (After Sales)

Responsibilities

• Lead capture strategy and execution on complex, high-value opportunities exceeding €50M
• Engage and build trust with C-level customer stakeholders
• Develop and articulate win-win value propositions
• Lead negotiations and drive captures to closure
• Organize and lead cross-functional bid teams across different time zones
• Identify business opportunities for digital services like cybersecurity and electronic flight bags
• Maintain rigorous pipeline, forecast, and CRM discipline
• Represent AGS at industry events and customer forums

Requirements

• Engineering or Business degree (Bachelor's or Master's)
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in sales or commercial roles
• Strong track record in the aviation sector, specifically Avionics or IFE
• Proven ability to lead and close major captures
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
• Fluent English and Arabic
• French is a plus
