Senior Registration Officer

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing registration policies and operational plans
• Support course scheduling by preparing and maintaining class schedules in the registration system
• Oversee enrolment, add/drop requests and timetable adjustments in line with academic regulations
• Respond to registration inquiries and guide students through scheduling and enrolment
• Administer and maintain registration systems such as Banner, including data entry and issue reporting
• Process academic record transactions such as enrolment, withdrawal, suspension and graduation updates
• Coordinate with colleges and departments on course offerings, capacity and student requirements
• Monitor registration performance and prepare enrolment and registration trend reports
• Support audits and compliance reviews with accurate documentation
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a relevant field

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in a relevant field
