About the role
Responsibilities
- Sell the full range of personal banking products to potential retail prospects
- Maintain strong relationships with existing bank clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets through phone calls and face-to-face visits
- Conduct micro marketing activities including kiosk and direct marketing
- Handle customer objections to drive sales or payroll transfers
- Ensure end-to-end customer turnaround time (TAT) and quality adherence
- Maintain strict compliance with KYC, FATCA, AML, and CTF policies
- Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline
- 2 years of banking sales experience
- Basic knowledge of retail banking products, service policies, and processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of confidence, persistence, and professional personality
