Senior Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio and target market prospects to achieve financial targets including revenue, volume, and ROE
• Develop and execute account strategies to grow the liability business for the Wholesale Banking Group in Dubai and NE
• Conduct joint client calls with product partners (CFIB, Treasury, GTS) to deepen relationships
• Assume responsibility for credit risk and day-to-day management of the portfolio
• Prepare credit applications, conduct due diligence, and structure facilities in compliance with credit policy
• Monitor company and industry performance through regular calling processes and execute annual renewals
• Develop sector expertise and maintain a pipeline report of new deals
• Ensure full compliance with Sharia requirements, Central Bank regulations, and internal legal policies

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of credit policy and procedures
• Strong analytical and marketing skills
• Customer service oriented approach
• Ability to manage credit risk and conduct detailed due diligence
