About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized service to a portfolio of HNW clients to develop close relationships and ensure loyalty
- Enhance Mashreq Gold balance sheet sales and revenues through cross-selling bank products
- Source new business from HNW individuals via referrals, marketing activities, and personal contacts
- Achieve annual and monthly financial targets, including up-selling and cross-selling to existing and new customers
- Optimize client base value through the delivery of MG products and services
- Identify financial needs of HNW clients and maximize profitability
- Acquire new-to-bank HNW clients and minimize customer attrition
- Maintain superior customer service and safeguard the bank from potential loss, AML, and fraud
Requirements
- University Graduate
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a similar role within a bank or financial services in the UAE
- Strong selling and financial markets knowledge
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
- Relationship management and networking skills
- CISI certified
