About the role
Responsibilities
- Originate new LRD transactions by identifying prospects and converting leads into active clients
- Achieve portfolio growth targets as per annual business plan
- Deepen existing relationships by offering customized financing solutions and cross-sell opportunities
- Ensure adherence to credit policies, underwriting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes
- Monitor portfolio health, delinquencies, and renewals to maintain asset quality
Requirements
- Deep understanding of real estate-backed financing
- Knowledge of client behavior and macroeconomic factors affecting leasing and commercial real estate
- Familiarity with CBUAE norms and KYC/AML regulations
- Ability to work closely with credit, legal, operations, and risk teams
