About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized service to a portfolio of HNW clients to develop close relationships and maximize profitable contribution
- Enhance Mashreq Gold balance sheet sales and promote cross-selling of bank products
- Source new business from HNW individuals through referrals, marketing, and personal contacts
- Achieve annual and monthly financial targets, including up-selling and cross-selling
- Optimize client base value through MG products and services
- Acquire new-to-bank HNW clients and minimize attrition
- Safeguard the bank from potential loss, AML, and fraud
Requirements
- University Graduate
- Minimum of 5-6 years experience in a similar role within the UAE banking or financial services sector
- CISI certified
- Strong selling and financial markets knowledge
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
