About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage existing and solicit new Trade & Working Capital relationships for the Business Banking Division
- Actively source new-to-bank customers and generate new business leads
- Improve share of wallet and target to be the primary bank for portfolio relationships
- Enhance relationship revenue through cross-selling bank products
- Conduct annual and periodic credit facility reviews
- Implement and maintain control aspects including documentation and client visits
- Adhere to all compliance and regulatory policies including KYC/AML
Requirements
- Banking sales and service experience with proven relationship management expertise
- In-depth awareness of various financial products and services
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills
- MBA, CA, or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the local market
