About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively source NTB clients within the Priority and Private Banking segments
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing HNWIs and UHNWIs
- Promote and sell wealth management products including Sukuk, Structured products, Mutual Funds, and BancaTakaful
- Cross-sell liability products and mortgages tailored to client needs
- Leverage the bank's international network to source cross-border wealth and liability opportunities
- Lead client onboarding processes ensuring compliance and KYC accuracy
- Achieve assigned targets for client acquisition, wealth revenues, AUM, and FX revenues
- Represent the bank at networking events and private client gatherings
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, priority banking, or private banking
- Strong understanding of wealth management products and liability solutions
- Proven ability to source and manage HNWIs and UHNWIs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Deep understanding of regulatory environments and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
