Senior Relationship Manager - Wealth Coverage - UAE & International

Responsibilities

• Proactively source NTB clients within the Priority and Private Banking segments.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop personalized approaches to client acquisition based on financial goals and risk profiles.
• Promote and sell wealth management products including Sukuk, Structured products, Mutual Funds, and BancaTakaful.
• Cross-sell liability products and mortgages to appropriate clients.
• Leverage the bank's international network to identify cross-border wealth and liability needs.
• Lead the client onboarding process, ensuring compliance and KYC requirements are met.
• Achieve assigned targets related to client acquisition, wealth revenues, and portfolio growth.
• Represent the bank at networking events and private client gatherings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, priority banking, or private banking.
• Strong understanding of wealth management products and liability solutions.
• Proven ability to source new clients and manage HNWIs and UHNWIs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Highly self-motivated with a focus on achieving targets.
