Senior Relationship Officer

Responsibilities

• Drive credit card acquisition and portfolio growth through effective sales of credit cards and balance-building products
• Sell products such as Balance Transfer and Easy Cash via customer calls and direct meetings
• Identify customer needs and convert opportunities into sales
• Promote credit card solutions aligned with specific customer profiles
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and productivity targets
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines
• Deliver high standards of customer service to support portfolio growth

Requirements

• Experience in credit card sales or retail banking
• Proven ability to meet sales and revenue targets
• Strong communication skills for customer engagement via calls and meetings
• Knowledge of balance-building products like Balance Transfer and Easy Cash
• Ability to adhere to strict regulatory and internal compliance guidelines
