Responsibilities

• Sell Credit Cards and drive balance-building products such as Balance Transfer and Easy Cash
• Engage customers through calls and direct meetings to identify needs and convert opportunities into sales
• Promote credit card and balance-building solutions aligned with customer profiles
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and productivity targets
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines
• Deliver high standards of customer service to support portfolio growth
• Provide recommendations to management for process improvement through root cause analysis

Requirements

• University Graduate
• 1-2 years experience in a similar work environment
• Strong sales and customer focus with the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent presentation and people management skills
• Analytical and computer skills
• Result-driven attitude and ability to work as a team player
