About the role
Responsibilities
- Sell Credit Cards and drive balance-building products such as Balance Transfer and Easy Cash
- Engage customers through calls and direct meetings to identify needs and convert opportunities into sales
- Promote credit card and balance-building solutions aligned with customer profiles
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and productivity targets
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines
- Deliver high standards of customer service to support portfolio growth
- Provide recommendations for process improvement through root cause analysis
Requirements
- University Graduate
- 1-2 years experience in a similar work environment
- Strong sales and customer focus
- Ability to work under pressure and think creatively
- Excellent presentation and people management skills
- Analytical and computer skills
