Senior Research Manager for Sponsored Research

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage learning agendas for sponsored research projects
• Provide scientific guidance on research questions, analytic approaches, and interpretation
• Coordinate Map2Impact, a multi-state partnership with Chapin Hall
• Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and partner communications across jurisdictions
• Build evidence-use capacity across Youth Villages staff and public-system partners
• Coordinate dissemination of findings through presentations, reports, and publications

Requirements

• Doctorate in psychology, public policy, social work, epidemiology, or related field
• 5+ years of related experience
• Strong quantitative research methods and statistical analysis
• Experience leading complex, multi-partner initiatives
• Excellent project management and facilitation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large administrative or longitudinal datasets
• Experience teaching, training, or mentoring adult learners
• Experience with child welfare or public human-services systems
