About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage image editing processes for both Production and Creative content
- Implement efficient post-production workflow solutions
- Perform daily retouching for high-priority products and creative assets
- Provide technical support and advice to photographers regarding lighting and settings
- Monitor KPIs including turnaround times and outsourced costs
- Train the Image Coordinator to increase in-house retouching capacity
- Monitor quality and consistency across in-house and outsourced work
- Support image uploads to the site
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of image retouching experience in the fashion industry
- Clear understanding of ecommerce processes and retouching techniques
- People management experience
- Strong understanding of asset and file management
- Experience in budgeting and reporting
