Senior Revenue Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Build core dashboards, identify process/data gaps, and establish remediation plans
• Create capacity and territory models, map the tech stack, and define attribution models
• Own vendor relationships and tools including Salesforce, Gong, and ChiliPiper
• Establish data quality standards, access controls, and governance practices
• Operationalize Customer Success functions including churn prediction and renewal workflows
• Analyze performance trends such as win/loss, deal cycle length, and retention
• Support territory planning, quota setting, and compensation administration
• Design reporting for executive visibility and actionable insights for managers and reps

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, including 0→1 builds
• Deeply data-driven mindset with ability to source and validate data
• Strong technical experience with Salesforce (flows, integrations)
• Proficiency working with data using SQL or Python
• Strong understanding of the RevOps tooling landscape
• Ability to communicate data-backed insights to executive stakeholders
