Senior Risk Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Head of Risk in overseeing financial and non-financial risks across the region& entities
• Maintain and enhance regional risk frameworks, internal controls, and governance documentation
• Identify, assess, and monitor financial and non-financial risks including operational, technology, cybersecurity, market, credit, liquidity, and reputational risks
• Support the implementation of risk and control self-assessments (RCSAs)
• Review third-party and outsourcing risk assessments
• Maintain risk governance documentation and reporting, including policies, KRIs, and risk appetite statements
• Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, and other relevant functions
• Coordinate internal and external audit activities and assist in preparing for regulatory reviews

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in enterprise risk management, internal audit, or compliance within regulated financial services, fintech, or digital asset firms
• Experience supporting or contributing to the build-out of a risk function
• Working knowledge of financial and non-financial risk domains
• Strong analytical and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and jurisdictions
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Risk Management, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, PRM, or CRMA are desirable
• Fluent in English
