About the role
Responsibilities
- Targeted acquisition of potential customers, needs analysis, and guidance through the defined sales process

- Implementation of sales processes, adherence to standards, and working with KPIs
- Close collaboration with the team and ensuring clear handovers
Requirements
- Several years of sales experience, ideally in a consulting or agency environment
- Strong focus on goals, numbers, and the success of clear processes
- Entrepreneurial thinking and independent action
- Clear and efficient communication in German and English
