About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct deep pre-call research on companies and marketing context
- Perform consultative discovery calls using BANT and SPIN methodologies
- Engage with decision-makers such as CMOs and Heads of Growth
- Handle objections through value-based selling
- Ensure high-quality handovers to Account Executives by documenting key lead information in CRM
- Utilize AI tools to optimize routine tasks and maintain CRM hygiene
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or similar B2B sales roles
- Advanced or Fluent English proficiency for working with US and European clients
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to build hypotheses
- Experience communicating with C-level executives
- Proactive, systematic, and result-oriented mindset
