Senior Sales Engineer Aftermarket – Modernization

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, qualify, and convert HVAC modernization and retrofit opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with building owners, consultants, and contractors
• Conduct site visits to assess existing HVAC systems and equipment condition
• Develop value-based technical solutions focused on energy efficiency and reliability
• Lead the complete sales process from opportunity identification to order closure
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with internal teams
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting
• Achieve assigned annual order intake, revenue, and margin targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, controls)
• Strong commercial awareness and sales cycle management skills
• Based in Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Valid UAE driving license and own car

Preferred Qualifications

• Arabic language skills
• Excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the UAE HVAC market
• Experience with energy-saving solutions and sustainability
