Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical presentations and business discussions with IT departments, CIOs, and channel partners.
  • Manage the Proof of Concept (POC) and Pilot process, including logistics, customer requirements, and configuration.
  • Provide first-level technical support throughout the pre-sales cycle to remove sales obstacles.
  • Develop technical documentation, Statements of Work (SOW), and professional responses to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Represent Axon products and brand values at industry conferences, tech summits, and field events.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to provide customer feedback and requested features.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • 4+ years of customer-facing pre-sales or consulting experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working with public procurement within the META region.
  • Proven experience selling SaaS-based solutions.
  • Strong technical writing skills for RFPs, RFIs, and SOWs.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
  • Foundational knowledge of networking, storage, virtualization, or cloud computing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with End User Compute or Cloud Computing.
  • Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+.
  • Knowledge of security, IPsec, and InfoSec methodologies.
  • Experience with Law Enforcement technology solutions.
