Job description
Responsibilities
- Lead technical presentations and business discussions with IT departments, CIOs, and channel partners.
- Manage the Proof of Concept (POC) and Pilot process, including logistics, customer requirements, and configuration.
- Provide first-level technical support throughout the pre-sales cycle to remove sales obstacles.
- Develop technical documentation, Statements of Work (SOW), and professional responses to RFPs and RFIs.
- Represent Axon products and brand values at industry conferences, tech summits, and field events.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to provide customer feedback and requested features.
Requirements
- Associates degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- 4+ years of customer-facing pre-sales or consulting experience.
- 3+ years of experience working with public procurement within the META region.
- Proven experience selling SaaS-based solutions.
- Strong technical writing skills for RFPs, RFIs, and SOWs.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
- Foundational knowledge of networking, storage, virtualization, or cloud computing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with End User Compute or Cloud Computing.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+.
- Knowledge of security, IPsec, and InfoSec methodologies.
- Experience with Law Enforcement technology solutions.
