About the role
Responsibilities
- Adhere to company processes, policies, and compliances
- Differentiate Johnson Controls through market understanding and sales strategies
- Develop solutions for customer challenges using BMS product portfolio
- Focus on AMC contracts, retrofit jobs, control optimization, and digital solution selling
- Identify strategic accounts to grow business within JCI installed base
- Work with internal pre-sales teams to create techno-commercial solutions
- Create technical and commercial proposals for customers and tenders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferably in electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, or relevant experience
- 5-7 years in selling maintenance & service contracts, replacement/upgrade projects focusing on Building management systems
- Proven ability to maintain and expand accounts by generating new business and Pull-throughs
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
